Frame Running Techniques

"Within Frame Running, there are 5 different running techniques. The technique that an athlete should use depends on the individual athlete and the movement pattern that is most effective for that particular athlete.

Some athletes switch between running techniques; for example, using one technique for sprinting and another for longer distances.

 

Remember, there is no "wrong" running technique. It all depends on the degree of spasticity and the movement pattern. Find the running technique that works best and refine it to perfection."
